Sham elections
Campaign creative exposing the coercion behind Russian-orchestrated local “elections” in occupied Ukraine.

The work.
This Foreign Office campaign challenged the presentation of Russian-orchestrated votes in occupied Ukraine as free and fair. The five static pieces use direct headlines and visual metaphors to make coercion and manipulation visible.
Torn-paper edges cut between what is claimed and what is happening beneath: puppet strings over a map of Ukraine, armed voting, and roots under threat. The wider set also points to the human cost of Russia’s actions in occupied areas.
